Avec un cadre en acier il offre efficience et souplesse sur le chantier. Il assur\u00e9 progr\u00e8s en la construction et qualit\u00e9 du b\u00e9ton excellente. Le system a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 selon le r\u00e8glement <strong>UNI 11763 : 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce coffrage de voile, robuste et polyvalent peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour diff\u00e9rentes situations de chantier, domaines d&rsquo;application et exigences en mati\u00e8re de surface de b\u00e9ton dans le b\u00e2timent et la construction industrielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El\u00e9ments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le cadre d\u2019acier en 10cm de d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur permet \u00e0 supporter <strong>70kN\/m\u00b2<\/strong> de b\u00e9ton fluide. Le cadre est rev\u00eatu par poudre en RAL 3000, et conform\u00e9 aux directives <strong>PR EN39 classe 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de System X-FORM sont possible ad avoir deux hauteurs (300cm-150cm) et larges diverses de 20cm \u00e0 200cm. Le coffrage de mur avec les dimensions H300x200 cm assurent une bonne production du b\u00e9ton, vitesse et l&rsquo;affabilit\u00e9 sont garantis.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de syst\u00e8me du coffrage de voile X-FORM comprennent \u00e9galement des panneaux universels. Ceux-ci sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de rails d&rsquo;ancrage perfor\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0profil C\u00a0\u00bb, perc\u00e9s tous les 5 cm (ferm\u00e9s par des bouchons en PVC) et disponibles en diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs.
