The System was developed in accordance with the preset standard of <strong>UNI 11763: 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This multi-faceted, robust formwork system can be used in a variety of construction settings. Whether it is in structural or industrial engineering, the X-FORM wall formwork adapts a variety of different designs and projects efficiently and flexibly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Elements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a thickness of 10 cm of steel, the frame allows for the support of 70kN\/m\u00b2 of liquid concrete, the framework is additionally powder coated in RAL 3000, in accordance with the <strong>PR EN39 class 2<\/strong> guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>The elements of X-FORM are available in two heights 300cm and 150cm, with widths ranging from 20 to 200cm. The formwork in size H300x200 allow for quick deployment times and a clean appearance, whilst being affordable.<\/p>\n<p>Completing the formwork are the Universal Elements. The C-profile is equipped with drilled out anchor rails (if not in use, closed off with PVC plugs) in five cm incremets on different heights. By using the Universal Elements, the need of other tools and measuring equipment is reduced and corner formation is greatly improved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perforations<\/strong>: All elements possess a multi-use perforation at the head end of the frame (to connect multiple elements with use of a wingnut and a threaded rod).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cutouts:<\/strong> All frameworks are fitted with cutouts for manual moving and or positioning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapered anchor points<\/strong>: The custom-made anchor points allow for the threaded rod to be tilted to a maximum of 6\u00b0, for the element to be mounted without problems on tilted walls or stuctures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drilled slots for Equipment:<\/strong> Each element is equipped with drilled slots to attach equipment e.g. scaffolding brackets or supports<\/li>\n<li><strong>Universal connection clamps<\/strong>: For the universal connection of different elements in modules, adjustable from 0 to up to 10cm and capable of adjustment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovative solutions for corner construction<\/strong>: With the use of the Universal elements in combination with the clamps for corners\/columns the realization of corner construction is easy and efficient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Form lining<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The lining of the Formwork can be customized to best adapt to the concrete surface or the number of intended usages.<\/p>\n<p>The following materials can be chosen as form linings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Formwork panel Phenol:<\/strong> 18 mm Finnish birch veneer- glued 11 times-220 g\/m\u00b2 with phenolic resin film<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formwork panel PP<\/strong>: 18 mm Finnish birch veneer \u2013 glued 9 times-with Polypropylene (PP) 1.6 mm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full plastic panel Alkus\u00ae<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The functional accessories and the universal connection clamps of the X-FORM are easy to use and allow for fast horizontal and vertical connections in between the different elements.
